Thick Water Promo Poster

Blake and TJ are step-brothers, who apparently are not blood-related; one is Caucasian the other is African American. In a racist world, they must learn how to grow into their brotherhood through a series of life-altering events. Thick Water tells story. If you believe in the old saying, "blood is thicker than water," your minds may be changed after watching this movie.

Paul Toweh Paul Toweh is nothing short of a miracle. Born in Monrovia, Liberia during the height of the country’s civil war that claimed hundreds of thousands of lives, Toweh’s destiny for greatness was solidified early. Raised by his adopted parents, Alex Toweh, his Liberian Uncle and Kelly David, an American working for the United Nations, Toweh was brought to the U.S. at the age of two. The Toweh adventure continued as he and his family would live between Africa (Kenya and South Africa) and the U.S. (Chicago and New York City).
